At The Lullaby Club, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all full-priced items.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack and Post
Securely package your items and attach the provided shipping label. Drop your parcel off at any authorized postal location within 7 days of starting your request.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
